New application opens up market opportunities

Problem: Flexibility and service - that's what has distinguished Geo. S. Bush & Co. (GSB) for 120 years. The company provides customers with freight forwarding, transportation logistics, and order management services. To maintain their outstanding reputation, GSB needed a modern IT solution.

For years GSB relied on Imagin, an operational application that the company developed in-house. This system managed international trade transaction processing and tracking. Imagin provided good functionality but the outdated technology had a number of serious limitations. It simply wasn't keeping pace with business growth.
